EAC Network, a leading not for profit social service agency dedicated to helping over 80,000 people through 100 impactful programs across Long Island and NYC, is looking for a dedicated part time Grants Writer to join our External Affairs Department ! • * • * • * Wage: $32-36/hour Schedule: up to 20 hours per week Location: Remote • * • * • What are the key responsibilities: • * • The Part-Time Grants Writer is responsible for researching, developing, writing, and submitting grant proposals to secure funding from government agencies, foundations, and corporate sources. This role focuses on maintaining a consistent and organized grant pipeline, ensuring all submissions and reports are completed accurately and on time. This is a part-time role designed to deliver reliable grant revenue through disciplined execution, strong writing, and effective coordination with internal program staff. • * • * • What drives the core purpose of this job: • * • 1. Grant Pipeline Management • * • * Maintain and manage a comprehensive grant calendar, including deadlines, renewals, and reporting requirements. • Track all submissions, outcomes, and funding decisions. • Ensure no deadlines are missed. • * • * • * 3. Reporting & Compliance • * • * Prepare and submit grant reports in accordance with funder requirements. • Maintain accurate documentation of all grant-related activities. • Ensure compliance with all funding guidelines and expectations. • * • * • What key knowledge, skills, and abilities are required to excel in this role: • * • * Minimum 2–4 years of grant writing experience in a nonprofit setting. • Demonstrated success in securing grant funding. • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines. • Ability to work independently and maintain accountability in a part-time structure. < Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
