HR Policies and Compliance: Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to ensure a harmonious work environment.
Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to build a vibrant and inclusive workplace.
Onboarding and Offboarding: Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for all employees and interns.
Benefits and Compensation: Manage and administer employee benefit programs and compensation structures.

Required Skills
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role.
- Thorough knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and regulations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
