What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Provide executive support to the CEO and chief-level staff, including managing calendars and coordinating meetings
• Organize logistics for in-person board meetings and executive events, ensuring all details are executed smoothly
• Draft and distribute minutes and follow up on actions from board and executive meetings
• Monitor and respond to general communication channels, ensuring timely and appropriate responses
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute key organizational projects
What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience providing executive support to C-level executives
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools/software
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
• High level of emotional intelligence and ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Experience in a nonprofit organization or youth development sector
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with board governance and meeting protocols
• Demonstrated passion for the mission of Girls on the Run
• Ability to travel occasionally for meetings and events
