General Education Instructor
The instructor position plays a critical role in the teaching and learning process, ensuring that students achieve mastery of course, program, and institutional learning outcomes. The instructor is responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality instruction, engaging in program improvement processes, and participating in various institutional and student affairs initiatives. This position requires a proactive and dedicated approach to student success, including fostering a positive and supportive learning environment, utilizing diverse teaching methodologies, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure ongoing program and student development.
Compensation: The starting pay range for this position is $500 per credit hour.

Qualifications:
• Education and experience: Master's degree in subject area OR Master's degree in another subject area with 18+ hours graduate hours in subject area
• Language skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret materials related to area of expertise. Ability to communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
• Mathematical skills: Ability to perform basic calculations relevant to course material and student assessments.
• Computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and any software required for course delivery.
