Gaming Product Manager

Job Title: Gaming Product Manager Location: Remote (PT Preferred) Duration: 12 Months (Potential Extension) Contract - W2 We’re looking for a Gaming Product Manager with a strong interest in data-driven decision making and player engagement to work closely with game developers and studios. This is a consultative, high-impact role where you’ll help gaming partners improve retention, engagement, and monetization strategies using insights, analytics, and structured product thinking. Responsibilities: • Partner with game developers to improve player engagement and monetization performance • Analyze game data and provide actionable recommendations on retention, progression, and revenue systems • Build presentation-ready insights and narratives using data visualization tools • Define and track key metrics (e.g., retention, LTV, engagement KPIs) • Help design free-to-play and live-service systems that drive long-term player value • Collaborate cross-functionally with data, engineering, and product teams • Support roadmap planning and execution for key initiatives Must-Have Qualifications: • 4–6 years of experience in product management, analytics, or gaming-related roles • Exposure to gaming industry (mobile, PC, console, or online games) • Experience using data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.) • Ability to turn data into insights and clear recommendations • Experience working in ambiguous environments and structuring solutions • Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams Nice-to-Have • Experience with free-to-play (F2P), live ops, or monetization systems • Background in game analytics, product strategy, or live-service games • Experience working with external partners or clients
