Responsibilities Include: • Conducting individual therapy sessions with clients using evidence-based practices. • Completing thorough assessments and treatment plans for each client. • Providing crisis intervention and support as needed. • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and progress. • Collaborating with other healthcare providers and community resources to ensure comprehensive care for clients. • Participating in regular supervision and peer consultation meetings. • Engaging in ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities. • Adhering to ethical guidelines and standards of practice in the field of mental health therapy. • Demonstrating cultural competence and sensitivity in working with clients from diverse backgrounds. • Upholding the values and mission of Horizon Online Therapy in all interactions with clients and colleagues. Who We're Looking For: • Master's degree: in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required. • Valid full licensure as a mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, or equivalent) in Oregon. • Compassion: We value therapists who are passionate about providing empathetic, high-quality care to clients regardless of their appearance, origin, culture, beliefs, gender, and sexual orientation. • Commitment to Growth: Open to professional development and continuous learning in a collaborative environment. • Ability to Work Remotely: Must have a dedicated, private workspace that is conducive to uninterrupted and confidential client sessions. • Experience working with clients diagnosed with PTSD or similar conditions is highly desirable. • Previous experience in clinical counseling within hospital or outpatient environments is advantageous. • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse patient populations. • Specialized Training Preferred: EMDR and/or ERP Join us in making a difference in the lives of those we serve by providing compassionate mental health support.
