As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing top-notch service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure that our customers have a positive experience with our brand.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Assist customers with order placements, returns, and refunds
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes

Educational Qualifications:
