We are looking for motivated individuals based in the United States who can help us bring in new projects from their local area — including homeowners, contractors, real estate developers, and small business owners.
This is a commission-based opportunity ideal for freelancers, students, real estate professionals, or anyone with local connections in construction or property.
• *Responsibilities
• Proactively identify and target potential clients involved in AutoCAD design and permit applications through warm calling, networking events, and industry research.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, and municipal authorities to facilitate project acquisition.
• Conduct detailed analysis of client needs to tailor proposals that highlight our technical capabilities and project solutions.
• Lead negotiations on project scope, timelines, pricing, and contractual terms to secure successful agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and ensure smooth handoff from client engagement to project execution.
• Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track leads, manage client interactions, and analyze sales data for strategic planning.
• Implement effective marketing strategies to increase visibility of our services within target markets and expand our client base.
• *Experience
• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development within the architecture, engineering, or construction industries.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals in technical sales environments.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD software and permit application processes is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively.
• Demonstrated success in lead generation through warm calling, networking, or digital outreach campaigns.
• Ability to analyze market trends, client feedback, and sales metrics to inform strategic decisions.
