WHAT WE NEED

We are looking for a passionate Amsterdam based freelance exhibition manager to coordinate and project manage an exhibition in November 2026. The main task will be cross functional coordination across production of the artworks, installation and art handling, shipping and logistics of the venue as well ensuring that on site sales requirements (ie. POS) are set up and the exhibition stays within budget.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

An experienced exhibitions manager with project-management and exhibition coordination skills:

The work will be predominantly remote but we do have a warehouse located in Amsterdam-zuidoost, the Netherlands, should any in-person work be required.

The freelance contract will be arranged with a total fee of €5,500 across the below hours. Any overtime will be agreed in advance at €25 / Hour (VAT included).

To work as a freelancer you will need to have a KvK number.
