We are seeking a Performance Management Specialist to develop our client performance management process. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and implementing performance management frameworks, conducting performance reviews, and providing coaching and feedback. You will work closely with the client leadership team to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Develop KPIs, metrics, and or OKRs. If you have a strong understanding of performance management principles and practices, we would love to hear from you. You'll build: ↳ Performance review processes that managers actually use ↳ 9-Box frameworks and calibration protocols ↳ Succession plans for critical roles ↳ Individual development plans and career path maps ↳ Manager development curriculum All of it client-ready, deployed under the Grayson HR brand, supporting companies across consumer, sports and media, renewable energy, professional services, and education. You're a fit if you've been the Head of People, VP, or Director of HR at a growth-stage company, you've designed and run performance cycles at companies between 50 and 500 employees, and you have real opinions about the 9-Box (why it works, where it fails, what makes calibration sessions actually productive).
