I am seeking a high-level financial professional to analyze and bring clarity to two related businesses: A primary operating company (S-Corp, ~15 years old, consistent growth) and second business (LLC partnership), which has experienced rapid growth over the past ~3 years the partnership entity has grown from approximately $400K/year to nearly $5M/year in a short period of time. Despite this growth, I am now experiencing increasing expenses, cash flow pressure, and reduced financial visibility at an ownership level. This engagement is focused on understanding what has changed over the past ~3–4 years and why.
Objective
1. Where money is going across both entities
2. True profitability of each business
3. How owner distributions, expenses, and payroll are impacting results
4. Why cash flow has become strained despite strong revenue growth
5. What financial inefficiencies or imbalances may exist
Scope of Work
1. Analyze ~3–4 years of historical financial data
2 Clean up, validate, and reconstruct financials
3. Break down owner distributions vs. business expenses
4. Evaluate payroll and overhead efficiency
5. Identify cash flow bottlenecks and inefficiencies
6. Trace transactions across accounts
7. Provide clear, plain-English explanations
Strategic Component
1. Financial positioning within a 50/50 partnership
2. Improving financial control and efficiency
3. Preparation for potential ownership restructuring or buyout
4. Understanding optimized business structure

1. What each owner has received financially

Requirements
1. Experience with multi-entity financial analysis
2. Forensic accounting, audit, or CFO-level background
3. Understanding of partnerships and distributions
4. Strong cash flow and financial modeling skills
5. Ability to challenge assumptions
6. QuickBooks Online experience
