Florida Licensed Medicare Insurance Agent – Closer Role (Warm Appointments Only)

Position Overview We are seeking a motivated, experienced, and licensed Medicare Health Insurance Agent that resides in Florida to join our growing team in a unique “closer-focused” role. This is NOT a cold-calling position. Our internal staff handles: • Lead generation • Initial outreach • Appointment setting • Gathering client information • CRM documentation • Preparing the quote and plan options Your role is simple: • Review the prepared client file • Conduct the scheduled appointment • Present the best Medicare plan options • Enroll and close the client professionally Our office handles the majority of post-sale servicing and administrative follow-up, allowing you to focus primarily on sales and client relationships. What Makes This Role Different • Warm scheduled appointments only • No prospecting required • No lead costs • No heavy servicing workload • Structured support staff already in place • Consistent appointment flow • Opportunity to focus on closing and production Responsibilities • Conduct scheduled Medicare appointments by phone or virtual meeting • Review prepared client information and quoting recommendations • Explain Medicare Advantage, Prescription Drug Plans, and related products • Help clients select the most suitable coverage option • Complete enrollments accurately and compliantly • Maintain professionalism and strong customer service throughout the sales process • Follow CMS and carrier compliance guidelines Requirements • Active 2-40 or 2-15 Florida Insurance License • At least 1 year of selling Medicare Advantage plans • Strong communication and objection-handling skills • Comfortable working within CRM systems and quoting platforms • Reliable internet and phone setup, if remote • 2026 AHIP certified (preferred) Compensation • Competitive base salary + commissions/bonuses OR • High commission structure for more experienced producers. Compensation structure will depend on experience and production level.
