Job Title: FP&A Financial Specialist (Hybrid - Hartford, CT)
Overview:
A highly stable and well-established financial services organization is seeking an experienced FP&A Financial Specialist to join its growing analytics and reporting team. This is a high-visibility role combining financial planning, data analytics, and systems optimization to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and enhance financial reporting and analytics tools
Build advanced Power BI dashboards and models
Support forecasting, expense management, and planning processes
Partner cross-functionally with finance, HR, and operations teams
Optimize data workflows, automation, and reporting efficiency
Present insights and analysis to stakeholders and leadership
Qualifications: 7+ years of FP&A, finance, or analytics experience
Strong accounting/finance foundation
Advanced Power BI skills (required)
Experience with Python and data analytics tools preferred
Exposure to Oracle, Hyperion, or similar systems is a plus
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Work Environment: Hybrid (3 days onsite in Hartford, CT)
