What You’ll Do • Take inbound calls only from individuals seeking final expense or burial insurance • Educate clients on Simplified and Guaranteed Issue plan options • Guide clients through a simple, conversation-based enrollment process • Help clients select coverage that fits their healthcare needs • Accurately complete enrollments while meeting compliance standards • Consistently work toward monthly production goals What We Provide • Steady, daily inbound call flow • No cold calling or lead purchasing • Licensing guidance if you are not yet licensed • Training on products, compliance, and call flow • Ongoing coaching and mentorship • Clear performance expectations and advancement opportunities Who This Role Is For • Have prior sales or customer-facing experience • Communicate clearly and professionally over the phone • Are coachable and willing to follow a proven process • Thrive in a performance-driven environment • Want a full-time, work-from-home career, not a side gig • Are comfortable in a 1099 - 100% Commission role where income is tied to performance If you are not licensed yet, we will help guide you through the licensing process.
