Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Field Sourcing Recruiter to drive the recruitment and talent acquisition efforts for Horace Mann's growing network of exclusive insurance and financial services agents. This role focuses exclusively on recruiting 1099 captive agents and is responsible for identifying, attracting, and guiding qualified candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven recruiter with strong sourcing skills, with approximately 80% of responsibilities dedicated to proactive candidate sourcing, talent pipeline development, candidate engagement, and coordinating qualified candidates by scheduling them on partner recruiters' calendars.

$66,500 - $92,000 (anticipated starting salary of $74,000 commensurate with experience, qualifications, location, and business needs)
