We are seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Representative who enjoys being on the road, building relationships face-to-face, and growing territory sales. This is a true outside sales position where you’ll spend the majority of your time visiting smoke shops, dispensaries, convenience stores, and other retail partners to introduce products, strengthen customer relationships, generate new business, and increase sales throughout your assigned territory. Responsibilities • Travel throughout your assigned territory visiting smoke shops, dispensaries, and retail locations on a daily basis. • Prospect for new business by making in-person sales calls and introducing BRH’s portfolio of hemp products and accessories. • Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with store owners, buyers, and key decision-makers. • Achieve monthly revenue goals through both new account acquisition and expansion of existing accounts. • Conduct product demonstrations, educate customers on new product launches, and recommend merchandising opportunities. • Negotiate pricing, overcome objections, and close sales while delivering exceptional customer service. • Maintain accurate records of customer visits, sales activities, and follow-up tasks in the CRM. • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities. • Represent BRH International professionally at customer locations, trade shows, and industry events. Qualifications • Minimum three years of B2B outside sales experience; experience calling on smoke shops, dispensaries, convenience stores, or specialty retail accounts is strongly preferred. • Experience selling hemp, cannabis, tobacco, vape, smoking accessories, or related consumer products is a plus. • Proven ability to build relationships through face-to-face customer interactions. • Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a territory independently. • Comfortable spending the majority of the workweek traveling between customer locations. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to outstanding customer service. • Positive attitude with a solution-oriented mindset.
