We are seeking a motivated and experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team and drive key account acquisition within the near-airport parking and hotel parking sectors.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Summary: </strong></p><p><span>The Field Sales Representative, Key Accounts will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business with major near-airport parking facilities and hotel parking operators. This is a hunter role that requires a self-starter with a proven track record of acquiring new key accounts and a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the near-airport parking industry. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to articulate the value of our technology platform.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>New Business Development: Identify and prospect key near-airport parking and hotel parking operators to generate new business opportunities.</li><li>Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including owners, general managers, and operations leaders.</li><li>Sales Cycle Management: Own the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing. This includes cold calling, presenting solutions, demonstrating product value, and drafting proposals.</li><li>Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities and inform product strategy.</li><li>Pipeline & Reporting: Manage a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecast sales, and provide regular reports on sales activities and progress to management.</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with the implementation and customer success teams to ensure a smooth transition and successful onboarding of new clients.</li><li>Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a territory and key account plan to achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience as a Field Sales Representative, Account Manager, or similar role, selling software or other products to the near-airport parking industry.</li><li>Demonstrated success in selling, acquiring, and managing key accounts, in the near-airport parking industry.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of the near-lot airport parking or hotel industry is a significant plus.</li><li>Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently, manage a territory, and travel extensively.</li><li>Required to travel 90% of the time for client in-person meetings.</li><li>Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive base salary, commission, and equity participation.</li><li>Travel and expense account.</li><li>Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team at the forefront of the parking technology revolution.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Mileage reimbursement</li><li>Paid training</li><li>Travel reimbursement</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Travel Requirements: 100% - </strong><strong>On the Road</strong></p><p><br></p>
