The Field Case Manager (FCM) is an essential role within the company, serving as the driving force behind effective claims management. The FCM is responsible for assisting the regional medical case management team with all facets claim management. This role demands a high degree of organization, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, persistence, and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments that often require innovative solutions. The FCM must work collaboratively with their team, support staff, and colleagues to uphold and enhance our reputation for quality, excellence, and professionalism.
What you'll do
Attend Independent Medical Evaluations (IME) appointments
Assist with Administrative tasks of Claim Management
Assist with appointment scheduling/logistics and arrangements, such as interpreter, venue, transportation, hotel accommodations, notary, etc.
Manage claims
Perform other duties relevant to claims as required/necessary.
Required travel of up to 2 times a month (company paid) within Asia regions
Reports to: Regional Manager, APAC
Direct Reports: N/A
Pay Band: G
Location: Remote with required travel
