Fashion Sales Representative – Bridal, Social Occasion & Prom
Position Type: Full-Time
Location: Hybrid, with Regular Travel | Training and Based out of Headquarters in New Jersey
Compensation: $50-75k base, commensurate with experience | Bonus and commission potential

As a Sales Representative, you are the face of the brand in your region — inspiring retailers with our collections, supporting their success, and expanding our reach. You’ll play a hands-on role in every part of the sales journey, from presenting new lines to developing long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Account Development
• Manage a portfolio of bridal, prom, and social occasion boutiques
• Develop and nurture strong, trusted relationships with retail owners and teams
• Present seasonal collections in person and virtually — highlighting craftsmanship, construction, and brand value
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals through strategic planning and proactive engagement
• Identify and open new accounts that align with their luxury positioning
Product Knowledge & Brand Expertise
• Participate in in-depth training at headquarters on product design, fabrication, construction, and merchandising
• Serve as a trusted advisor to boutiques, helping improve sell-through and elevate customer experience
• Lead high-impact presentations, line showings, and trunk shows
Travel & Market Engagement
• Travel regularly (approx. 50–70%) for in-store visits, relationship management, and events
• Attend major trade shows, fashion markets, and trunk shows to promote the brand
• Support boutiques with merchandising strategy, staff education, and seasonal product rollouts
Retail Training & Support
• Train store teams on brand identity, selling techniques, and product knowledge
• Guide inventory planning and style selection based on market insights
• Assist with fit consultations and special order coordination
Reporting & Administration
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, including calls, forecasts, and order activity
• Submit regular sales reports and share trends with leadership
• Provide feedback to merchandising and design teams based on client input and market performance
What We’re Looking For
Required:
• 3–5 years of fashion sales experience (bridal, eveningwear, luxury apparel, or related category)
• Strong understanding of garment construction, couture fashion, and high-end retail operations
• Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills with a polished, professional demeanor
• Ability to travel extensively and attend key trunk shows and industry events (including some weekends)
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift/move sample sets as needed
Preferred:
• Experience representing a luxury designer or managing a multi-state territory
• Existing relationships in the bridal, prom, or social occasion market
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, digital order systems, and planning tools
