**Job Summary**
As a Work from Home Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Maintaining positive customer relations by addressing product-related concerns, taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions
* Working from home, navigating multiple systems, and entering information using your keyboard, including function keys, while speaking with customers on the phone
* Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards
* Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

* Take orders, verify customer information, and track packages

**Essential Qualifications**
* 18 years or older
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate multiple systems
* Reliable high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 10.0 MBPS download speed and 5.0 MBPS upload speed
* Wired USB headset and keyboard with function keys required
* Webcams and dual monitors recommended but not required
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Experience working from home or in a remote environment
* Bachelor's degree in a related field
