**Key Responsibilities:**
* Maintain positive customer relations by addressing product-related concerns, taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions
* Work from home with a high level of computer knowledge, navigating through multiple systems and entering information using your keyboard, including function keys, while speaking with customers on the phone
