**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Work from Home Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving technical issues related to our client's product line. You will work closely with customers over the phone, providing information about products and services, and recording details of customer contacts and actions taken. Your primary goal will be to drive the call to resolution by troubleshooting problems, listening and responding to customers' needs, concerns, requests, and complaints.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle customer technical inquiries and drive the call to resolution by troubleshooting problems, including hardware, software, networking, and interactions with the host computer OS and applications.
- Listen and respond to customers' needs, concerns, requests, and complaints in a professional and positive manner.
- Provide information about products and services, and record details of customer contacts and actions taken.
- Research answers or solutions as needed to resolve customer inquiries and technical issues.
- Create and maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers, referring them to supervisors, managers, or others in case of escalation.
- Accurately log all interactions via program-specific contact management systems.
**Requirements**
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Extended computer user skills, including strong keyboarding skills.
- Basic IT knowledge, including questions around iOS handling, Internet handling, and commonly used IT products.
- Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology, is preferred.
- Experience in customer-facing environments, including phone, chat, in-person, or volunteer work.
- Demonstrates passion for customer service, ownership of the customer experience, and determination to deliver a comprehensive resolution.
- Communicates clearly and effectively, both written and verbal.
