**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional billing support and customer service to clients via inbound calls, ensuring First Call Resolution (FCR) and complete Customer Satisfaction (VOC)
* Determine offerings customers are missing and make upgrade and add-on service recommendations
* Ensure accurate and complete coding of sales
* Utilize your expertise to resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
* Promote additional products and services to customers, leveraging your understanding of client call flow and needs
* Collaborate with our team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty
