**Your Role**
As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator - Bank Voice, you will be the voice of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone, email, and chat interactions. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your ability to listen, empathize, and resolve issues will be crucial in building trust and loyalty.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat interactions, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
* Listen actively to customers, empathize with their concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs
* Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer experiences
* Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and quality scores
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent certification
* At least 2 years of customer service experience or 2 years of call center experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable private internet connection (not supplied by cellular data or hotspot)
* Secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
**Preferred Qualifications**
* At least 1 year of financial services experience or banking experience
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
**Schedule**
* Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. EST
* Sunday through Thursday, 2:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. EST (Limited Availability)
* Schedules are adjusted per time zone
**Compensation**
* The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount arenaflex is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
* Work From Home: $43,680 - $43,680 for Fascinator, Coordinator
