**About the Role**
As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator - Bank Voice, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers through phone, email, and chat interactions. You will be the voice of arenaflex, and you will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering questions, and providing solutions to our customers' needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat interactions
* Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Answer questions and provide solutions to customers' needs
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues
* Meet or exceed customer service metrics and performance standards
* Stay up-to-date on product and service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent certification
* At least 2 years of customer service experience or 2 years of call center experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot
**Preferred Qualifications**
* At least 1 year of financial services experience or banking experience
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Knowledge of banking products and services
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
