**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our team in Chattanooga, TN. As a Welder/Fabricator, you will be responsible for reading blueprints, performing accurate welds, and ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards. **Key Responsibilities**
* Read blueprints and follow safety protocols to ensure accurate and efficient welds
* Perform MIG and stick welding of heavy metal components and fabricated parts

* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

**Requirements**
* Minimum 1 year of welding experience (industrial/manufacturing preferred)
* Proficient in MIG and stick welding
* Able to read blueprints and follow safety protocols
* High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or certification in welding preferred
* Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with attention to detail and quality
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
