About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full remote basis, working weekends only. As a key member of our customer service team, you will provide outstanding support to our clients and customers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via inbound phone calls, emails, live chats, and other means as needed, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns.
- Exceed daily quotas consisting of inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and live chats, while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service.
- Record detailed notes of customer communication, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Create lifelong customers by responding to their inquiries in a creative, personal, comprehensive, unique, and consistent manner, demonstrating the customer's value and importance.
- De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, using sound judgment and effective communication skills to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other Customer Service Representatives, Supervisors, and Managers to provide the best experience possible, sharing knowledge and best practices to continuously improve our services.

Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Clear and articulate telephone voice without major background noise or distractions, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize workloads, with strong self-motivation and decision-making skills.
- Experience with a multi-line phone system, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and various cloud-based platforms such as Salesforce.
- Upbeat and positive attitude, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the reputation of blithequark and our clients.
- Ability to adapt to change in a rapidly expanding dynamic organization, with a willingness to learn and grow with our team.
- High School diploma or GED required, with at least 1-3 years of experience in a customer service capacity.
- Must be at least 18 years of age, with a reliable computer or laptop with a keyboard and mouse (IPAD, chromebooks, and mobile devices are not allowed).
