You'll work closely with our team to create a positive experience for our customers, and you'll be expected to stay up-to-date on new products and promotions to share with customers. **Responsibilities** * **Customer Engagement:** Manage incoming web chat inquiries by providing timely, accurate, and respectful responses to customer questions and concerns.
