Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Virtual Special Education Teacher to provide individualized support to students with disabilities in Washington. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs): Create and implement personalized learning goals for students with disabilities, ensuring their academic and developmental needs are met.
- Adapt Curriculum: Modify teaching methods, materials, and instructional strategies to accommodate the diverse learning needs of students.
- Manage Classroom Behavior: Implement behavior management strategies to promote a positive learning environment and address any behavioral challenges.
- Collaborate with Staff and Families: Work closely with general education teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure consistent support and communication regarding student progress.

Qualifications:
