**Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions:**
As a Virtual Sales and Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Making a great first impression on the phone and in person, showcasing exceptional communication skills and a warm, welcoming demeanor

**Required Qualifications:**
* Minimum of 4 years of Sales or Customer Service experience, with a proven track record of success
* Results-driven and committed to meeting individual and team goals, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
* Strong PC and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and tools
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
