**Key Responsibilities**
As a Virtual Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional support to our customers through phone, chat, and/or email
* Resolving customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Using a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions
* Communicating effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
* Working variable hours to match customer demand, including overnight, day, and late shifts
* Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets
**What We're Looking For**

* Available to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 6 am and 11 pm
* Willing and able to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
* Able to work in a quiet, distraction-free workspace with a dedicated office space, desk, and chair
* From a technical perspective, a minimum broadband connection of 100MB download speed and 20MB upload speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)

**Basic Qualifications**

* Be at least 18 years old
* Have the right to work in India
* Have strong communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency)
* Have experience working with a computer
