**Job Summary**
As a Virtual Customer Services Representative, you'll be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information on our insurance policies. **Responsibilities**
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about insurance policies, coverage, and claims procedures

**Requirements**
