* Strong typing skills (40 WPM with 80% accuracy) and manual dexterity
* Ability to sit for extended periods and work in a quiet, distraction-free workspace
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
* Experience with CRM software and ticketing systems
* Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer service

**Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:**
* Competitive hourly rate of $12.00 per hour (residents of Florida will be offered $13 per hour per state law)
