**Job Summary**
As a Virtual Benefits Consultant and Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for meeting with clients who have signed up for our supplemental benefits program. Your role will involve consulting with families to understand their unique needs, explaining the options available, and helping them select the best plan to fit their lifestyle. Successful candidates will be great communicators, ambitious, motivated, and organized, with a strong ability to think like entrepreneurs and work collaboratively as part of a team.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Reach out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer, via phone, email, or other digital channels
* Schedule Zoom meetings with these members to discuss their needs and preferences
* Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each client
* Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
* Perform benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as help with any necessary claims or adjustments
* Provide attentive customer service and any necessary administrative support in response to members' needs
* Respond to and resolve client questions and concerns regarding their benefits
* Ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete, and perform any necessary updates on schedule
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
* Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
* Familiarity with Zoom or other virtual meeting platforms
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in the insurance or healthcare industry
* Familiarity with benefits administration software and systems
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention
