Key Responsibilities
As a virtual assistant with Workwarp, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining executive's appointments and calendar
- Email management and organization
- Preparing presentations and/or spreadsheets
- Social media management
- Creating structure, workflow, and processes for clients
- Researching technologies and making recommendations
- CRM administration, including updates and data entry
