We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our administrative, bookkeeping, and data entry functions. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our business, from bookkeeping and data entry to email communication and ERP system integration. **Key Responsibilities**
As our Virtual Assistant, Bookkeeper, and Data Entry Coordinator, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:
* Validation of customer orders regarding quantities and quotations – entry into the system
* Entry of purchase orders into the system and submission to suppliers
* Entry of goods received and supplier invoices into the system
* Issuance of invoices to customers
* Preparation of account statements for suppliers and customers
* Allocation of payments for purchase and sales invoices
* Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records and reports
* Coordination of monthly reporting and reconciliation
* Integration with ERP system to ensure seamless data flow
* Communication with suppliers, customers, and internal teams through email, Slack, and ClickUp
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping, data entry, or a related field
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
* Proficiency in ERP systems, with experience in data entry and system integration
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a keen eye for numbers and financial data
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible schedule and willingness to adapt to changing priorities
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in Excel, Word, and Outlook
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
* Experience in the apparel or e-commerce industry
* Certification in bookkeeping or accounting (e.g. QuickBooks, Xero)
* Experience with cloud-based accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks Online, Xero)

**Compensation, Perks, and Benefits**
