Our company culture is built on a foundation of collaboration, creativity, and a passion for delivering exceptional results. **Role Overview** As a Virtual Assistant / Airbnb Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in managing and assisting with our short-term rental operations. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Managing guest communications and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner * Processing reservations and providing accurate information about our properties and neighborhoods * Coordinating housekeeping and amenities for our guests * Working with multiple technology platforms to manage our operations and learn new technologies as needed * Maintaining a quick response rate to all inquiries and resolving guest issues with a high sense of urgency * Contributing to a review rating of 4.8 or higher **Key Responsibilities** * Guest and Reservation Management: + Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner + Process reservations and provide accurate information about our properties and neighborhoods + Manage guest communications and ensure a seamless experience * Virtual Property Management: + Coordinate housekeeping and amenities for our guests + Manage property inventory and ensure accurate information is provided to guests + Work with our team to resolve any property-related issues * Cleaner Management, Scheduling, and Coordination: + Schedule and coordinate housekeeping services for our properties + Manage cleaner inventory and ensure accurate information is provided to guests + Work with our team to resolve any cleaner-related issues **Success Metrics** * Maintain a quick response rate to all inquiries (less than 1 hour) * Resolve all guest issues with a high sense of urgency (less than 3 hours or ASAP) * Contribute to a review rating of 4.8 or higher * Achieve a high level of guest satisfaction and retention **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of customer service experience * 2+ years of vacation rental customer service or hotel experience * Availability to work during normal U.S. business hours * Strong verbal, written, and reading skills in English * Tech-savvy and ability to learn new technologies quickly * Excellent typing skills, including speed and accuracy * Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think independently * Strong decision-making skills and ability to follow directions * Conflict resolution experience **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with Airbnb customer service * Ability to work with multiple technology platforms in a fast-paced environment * Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a remote environment and be self-motivated **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent customer service skills and ability to resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask * Tech-savvy and ability to learn new technologies quickly * Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think independently * Strong decision-making skills and ability to follow directions * Conflict resolution experience **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our team members with opportunities for growth and development.
