Your key responsibilities will include: * Reviewing and processing tax forms and correspondence * Handling extensive phone and computer work * Resolving customer inquiries and problems effectively * Maintaining a safe and appropriate designated workspace for remote work * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer experiences **What We're Looking For:** * Educational level typically acquired through completion of high school * One year of experience responding to customer inquiries and resolving problems for the Treasury Customer Service Representative 6 level * Two years of experience for the Treasury Customer Service Representative 7 level * Three years of experience for the Treasury Customer Service Representative E8 level * Must have a secure and sufficient internet access with minimum speeds of 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload **How to Stand Out:** * Experience in providing customer service in a call center environment * Knowledge of tax return preparation and tax statutes * Familiarity with remote work environments * Ability to multi-task and continually re-prioritize job assignments * Strong commitment to exceptional customer service **Work Environment and Culture:** As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home or a designated workspace.
