At arenaflex, we're gearing up for the busiest time of the year, and we're looking for a talented and community-focused Chat Support Representative to join our team. As a temporary, part-time Remote Chat Support Representative, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional support and service to our online community, helping customers with their inquiries efficiently and empathetically.
**Your Role:**
As a key member of our arenaflex team, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers through live chat, addressing their queries regarding products, orders, and services. Your primary goal will be to provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience. You'll handle a variety of support questions from existing customers and sales inquiries from potential customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Engage with customers through live chat, addressing their queries regarding products, orders, and services

* Collaborate with the arenaflex team to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service
* Stay up-to-date with arenaflex products, services, and policies to ensure accurate information and effective issue resolution
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
**Position Details:**
* **Contract Length:** This is a temporary position, offering flexibility with no fixed term. We're looking for candidates who can commit to working a minimum of 10 hours per week during our peak season.
* **Rate:** $35 per hour
* **Hours per Week:** You'll be expected to work 10+ hours a week, providing vital support during our peak season.
**Requirements:**
* **Access to Technology:** You'll need access to a laptop, phone, or tablet with internet connectivity to use social media and website chat functions.
* **Strong Independent Work Ethic:** You'll need to be self-motivated and able to follow instructions and procedures closely.
* **Excellent Problem-Solving Skills:** You'll need to be able to adapt to dynamic situations and think critically to resolve complex issues.
* **No Previous Experience Necessary:** We're happy to provide full training to equip you with the skills needed for success.
**Location:**
This position is fully remote, allowing you to work online from anywhere. We prefer candidates in the United States, but we're open to considering candidates from other locations.
