**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Technology Supply Chain Management Category Manager to join our growing and impactful Team. As a trusted advisor, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of Technology suppliers, particularly those related to Air Operations groups, including Flight Operations, Network Operations Control, and Inflight Operations. Your expertise will help us maximize supplier value, mitigate risk, and ensure that our suppliers successfully meet business objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage a portfolio of Technology suppliers, including those related to Air Operations groups, to ensure that they meet business objectives and provide maximum value to arenaflex
* Lead strategic sourcing events, negotiations, and contract drafting to secure the best possible deals for arenaflex
* Collaborate with cross-functional Teams to ensure that suppliers meet business objectives and provide excellent service to arenaflex
* Develop and implement category strategies to drive cost savings, improve supplier performance, and mitigate risk
* Provide expert advice and guidance to more junior level colleagues on Technology Supply Chain Management best practices
* Mentor and develop the skills of more junior level colleagues to help them grow and develop in their careers
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our Technology Supply Chain Management practices
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Technology Supply Chain Management, with a focus on category management and strategic sourcing
* Proven track record of success in managing complex and high-value contracts, and driving cost savings and supplier performance improvements
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional Teams and stakeholders
* Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with the ability to secure the best possible deals for arenaflex
* Experience with category management tools and technologies, such as e-sourcing platforms and contract management software
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
* Certification in Supply Chain Management, such as CSCP or SCMP
* Experience working in the airline industry, particularly in Technology Supply Chain Management
* Knowledge of industry trends and developments, such as the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning in supply chain management
* Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
