**What You'll Do in This Role**
As a Technical Support / Customer Service Representative working from home, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats. Your primary goal will be to resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products, while also maintaining a broad knowledge of our products and services. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing inbound customer support using a call flow guide
* Resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
* Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases
* Being an amazing problem-solver and maintaining a high level of technical expertise
* Maintaining a broad knowledge of client products and/or services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables
* Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology is preferred
* Offering additional products and/or services to customers
* Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile
**Your Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a strong focus on building customer relationships, excellent communication skills, and a high level of technical expertise. Some of the essential qualifications for this role include:
* 1+ year of customer service experience
* Technical support experience preferred
* Open availability
* A high school diploma or GED
* A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
* Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
* Eagerness to learn new technologies
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to ask probing questions to come to a resolution
* Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
* A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing; A work computer may be provided depending on the position offered, but is not guaranteed (will be discussed further with a recruiter)
* High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
* Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
