**Responsibilities**
As a Technical Support / Customer Service Representative-Remote (Night Shift), your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer support through inbound and outbound calls, online interactions, and email correspondence
* Resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and arenaflex products and services
* Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Maintaining a broad knowledge of arenaflex products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables
* Offering additional products and services to customers to enhance their overall experience
* Delivering expert customer experiences that meet or exceed arenaflex's high standards
**Key Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
* A strong focus on building customer relationships and delivering exceptional service
* At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a technical support environment
* Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meeting customer needs
* Technical support experience is preferred, but not required
* A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a strong emphasis on problem-solving and critical thinking
* A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from, with a reliable high-speed internet connection and a smartphone
* Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with a strong ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing situations
* Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex issues
* Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with experience using desktop or laptop computers and internet testing
* A desktop or laptop for PC and internet testing, with the possibility of a work computer being provided depending on the position offered
* High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
* Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
