**Responsibilities**
As a Technical Support / Customer Service Representative-Remote (Night Shift) at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing inbound customer support using a call flow guide to ensure seamless and efficient issue resolution
* Resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables
* Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases to maintain accurate records and improve customer experiences
* Demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and exceed customer expectations
* Maintaining a broad knowledge of client products and/or services to provide expert advice and recommendations
* Offering additional products and/or services to customers to enhance their overall experience
* Delivering expert customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls and online interactions
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A strong focus on building customer relationships and delivering exceptional experiences
* At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a technical support environment
* Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays
* Technical support experience is preferred, but not required
* A high school diploma or GED is required; a degree in a related field is a plus
* A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from, with a reliable internet connection and a desktop or laptop computer
* Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
* Eagerness to learn new technologies and stay up-to-date with industry trends
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
* Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with experience using desktop and laptop computers
* A desktop or laptop computer and high-speed internet connection (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) are required; a smartphone is also required for testing and communication purposes
* Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
**Nice-to-haves**
* Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology is preferred, but not required
