You'll work closely with our customers to resolve routine problems and questions related to our products and services, and you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service support via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats * Resolve routine problems and questions related to arenaflex products and services * Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty * Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues * Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services to provide accurate and timely support * Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge **Requirements** * 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment * Strong focus on building customer relationships and delivering exceptional support experiences * Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule (Monday - Friday, 6pm - 2am) * Technical support experience preferred, but not required * High school diploma or GED required * Quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home * Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously * Eagerness to learn new technologies and stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to ask probing questions to come to a resolution * Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge * Desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing (a work computer may be provided depending on the position offered) * High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone * Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence **Essential Qualifications** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge * Eagerness to learn new technologies and stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services **Preferred Qualifications** * Technical support experience in a call center or similar environment * Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools * Strong knowledge of arenaflex products and services * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment **Skills and Competencies** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge * Eagerness to learn new technologies and stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services * Ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously * Strong time management and organizational skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to empowering our employees to grow and thrive in their careers.
