**Job Summary**
As a Technical Program Manager at arenaflex, you'll lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy cloud infrastructure and data analytics solutions that drive business outcomes. With a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills, you'll collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, develop project plans, and drive process improvement through data analysis and business acumen.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with a team of designers and engineers to address the global fleet of External Server farms (3PDC)
* Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design, and deliver end-to-end solutions that include data gathering, analysis, ongoing metrics, and presentations
* Plan and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale
* Drive process improvement through data analysis, envision, and make business recommendations based on 3PDC data, identifying and acting on opportunities to move forward
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
* 4-year certification or equivalent relevant experience
* 3 years of experience in program management, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and data analytics
* 3 years of experience leading cross-functional or cross-organizational projects
* Experience in financial reporting and analysis, using accounting software and managing data collections using SQL
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 3 years of experience leading large, cross-functional projects spanning a diverse range of partners, both technical and non-technical
* 3 years of experience in technical program/project management roles
* Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with partners within one or more teams to drive impact and work towards shared goals
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
**Skills and Competencies**
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Strong technical skills, with experience in cloud infrastructure and data analytics
* Ability to analyze complex data sets and develop business recommendations
* Strong business acumen, with experience in financial reporting and analysis
* Experience with project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile and Scrum
