**About the Role**
As a Technical Lead Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring the seamless conveyance of critical knowledge to our clients' security or functional conditions, driving navigation and specific activity. You'll serve as a course to the broad organization of digital protection, threat intelligence, and incident response experts, providing strategic guidance and oversight to ensure the highest level of service delivery. This is an on-site, client-facing position in Virginia, with remote work approved.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead a team of digital protection, threat intelligence, and incident response experts, providing strategic guidance and oversight to ensure the highest level of service delivery
* Develop and implement effective threat intelligence and incident response strategies, leveraging cutting-edge technology and expertise
* Collaborate with clients to understand their security and functional conditions, driving navigation and specific activity
* Provide expert guidance and support to clients, ensuring they stay ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving landscape of digital threats
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams
* Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in digital protection, threat intelligence, and incident response, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
**Essential Qualifications**
* Proven experience in threat intelligence in a client-facing environment
* Experience in CTI procedures and applications in one of the functional areas: Identify, Secure, Respond, or Recover
* Experience in team management, driving, introducing, and answering to various crowds, including executives
* US Government Top Secret/Delicate Compartmented Data Clearance with polygraph
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in the use, handling, and analysis of strategic (technical) CTI within a functional environment, supporting monitoring, discovery, and response capabilities
* Understanding of CTI procedures and application concepts, with the ability to advise and tutor new CTI colleagues
* Ability to correlate raw intelligence from sensors, incident response commitments, and other sources into reports and briefings
* Ability to present written or verbal data to technical and non-technical audiences
* Ability to take complex, ambiguous topics, build methodologies, and influence stakeholders
