**The Role**
As an Experienced Student Success Coach, you'll play a critical role in supporting students throughout their education program at arenaflex. You'll work with each student to empower them to do their best work, overcome challenges, and develop the skills to become lifelong learners. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Supporting enrollment, student development, and retention services while ensuring a quality learning experience
* Managing a group of assigned students and coaching each through their degree program, through proactive and timely outreach
* Encouraging and supporting students through daily and weekly outreach as they work to develop skills and knowledge for academic success
* Providing a trusted environment where students can share their thoughts, aspirations, concerns, and interests
* Offering and teaching students how to use resources to help maximize the success of each student
* Becoming a certified resume reviewer to provide resume and career development support
* Serving as a liaison for students, enabling them to connect with various departments
**What We're Looking For**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher learning accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (or international equivalent)
* Two or more years of experience in academic/admissions support, customer service, human resources, and/or counseling
* Knowledge of academic policies and procedures
* Ability to learn technical skills quickly
* Excellent communication/listening skills, including a pleasant phone manner
* Strong customer support focus and attention to details

**Schedule and Availability**
We're open Monday-Thursday 8am to 7pm CDT, and Friday & Saturday 8am to 5pm CDT. We hire people from all time zones that have availability during our hours of operation, in support of our students. You'll be required to work an assigned schedule during our hours of operation, which defines a 40-hour work week.
