Job Summary
As a Strategy & Analytics Consultant at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in driving business growth and improvement by leveraging your analytical and technical skills to inform strategic decisions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and implement data-driven strategies that enhance our operations and customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in airline operations and develop data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop, and implement new strategies, processes, and systems that drive business improvement and enhance operational efficiency.
- Leverage technical skills, including SQL, Alteryx, Python, R, Tableau, and Big Data Concepts, to analyze complex data sets, identify patterns, and develop predictive models.
- Transform raw data into actionable findings and present insights to senior leadership and other stakeholders through clear, concise, and compelling narratives.
- Develop and maintain complex models and algorithms to support business decision-making and optimize operations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to promote professional growth and development.
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team, demonstrating initiative, ownership, and accountability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced experience in network planning, airline operations, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
- Proficiency in SQL (Oracle, Teradata, PostgreSQL) and experience with data manipulation and visualization tools, such as Alteryx and Tableau.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create compelling presentations and reports.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and develop predictive models.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences and stakeholders.
