As a key member of our corporate account office, you'll be responsible for increasing product awareness, evaluating new potential customers, and managing our corporate accounts. This role will also serve as a mentor/liaison in our overall go-to-market sales strategy, coordinating efforts between key stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** * Increase market share within a select group of customers and high-profile job sites * Develop and execute strategies to increase product awareness and efficiency of the corporate account office * Evaluate new potential customers and manage the corporate accounts office * Serve as a mentor/liaison in the overall go-to-market sales strategy for the assigned area, coordinating efforts between the PCM, DM, RSD, and RVP * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction * Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders **Essential Qualifications** * Minimum 4 years of previous sales management experience * Proven track record of driving sales growth and customer satisfaction * Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field * Experience in the equipment rental industry or a related field * Knowledge of different phases of construction, equipment applications, features, benefits, operation, and specifications * Computer literate, including Windows, Adobe Acrobat, and the Microsoft Office suite of products **Skills and Competencies** * Strong sales and marketing skills, with a focus on customer relationship management * Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills * Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders * Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At careerzynith, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
