**Job Summary**
As a Specialty Pharmacy Technician – Data Entry Transplant at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our CarePlus/Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy team in Atlanta, GA. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high-impact, customer-focused environment where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our patients. Your responsibilities will include routing questionable prescriptions to the pharmacist for completion, making outbound calls/faxing physicians for prescription clarification, substitutions, and formulary changes. You will be working in a fast-paced production environment where you will need to multitask between patient referrals while maintaining excellent customer service.
**Responsibilities**
* Route questionable prescriptions to the pharmacist for completion
* Make outbound calls/faxing physicians for prescription clarification, substitutions, and formulary changes
* Work in a high-production environment where you will need to multitask between patient referrals while maintaining excellent customer service
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients, physicians, and other stakeholders
* Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure accurate and timely processing of prescriptions
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information and prescription data
* Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with changing regulations and best practices
**Requirements**
* 1+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
* Pharmacy Tech Certified in the state of GA
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
* Strong computer skills and proficiency in data entry software
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Specialty pharmacy experience
* Call center experience
* Prescription adjudication experience in order to communicate with prescribers regarding case status and assess prescription claim issues

**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: $17.00
Maximum: $27.90
Please note that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
